Relief Project to the IDPs Pambeguwa, Kubau LGA, Kaduna State | July 2025

PABEMGUWA, KUBAU LGA

12 Christian villages were serially attacked and displaced in 2025 by terrorists at Pambeguwa in Kubau LGA of Southern Kaduna. The attacks killed 28 people and 19 houses were destroyed by fire.

The affected villages are:

(1) Ung Isah
(2) Gidan Kunkun
(3) Ung Kauna
(4) Gidan Kaza
(5) Nabai
(6) Aikau
(7) Gwarzo
(8) Haske
(9) Akira
(10) Dakat Salle
(11) Gidan Kogi
(12) Gidan Kunbuli

The displaced Christians expressed deep gratitude for the food and clothes from Lay Faithful and prayed that God will replenish the donors.

Unable to rebuild their houses, the survivors lamented that most of the Church buildings were also destroyed. They worship in a building without roofing. Whenever they scraped the funds together to raise resources, vandals would steal and sell off the materials. They appealed for more support to facilitate resettlement and the reconstruction of their homes and churches. Whatever progress the terrorists were unable to steal would always be destroyed in repeated raids.

Our brothers and sisters appealed for prayers and government intervention to curb the attacks by the Fulani militia.
